What's New
New Member Area has been launched. Members area includes management of subscriptions and services, access to our new knowledge base, and events.
Members Knowledge Base is now available to all members. We will actively be pushing content for self-help solutions, tips, and recommendations.
Coffee With Russ has been redesigned for members to see what events are scheduled. Events will be posted 60-days out.
Support Subscriptions has been unveiled. For the first time, support will become subscription based. Subscription offerings will be more beneficial for members with frequent support requests. Hourly services will remain available.
In-Progress
Members Knowledge Base will allow users to add articles as favorites. We will be including ADD/REMOVE buttons at the top of articles. Members will be able to access and go to their list of favorite articles.
Main Protection Solution is currently being implemented for our Private Mail users. The rollout will be completed mid-August. During this time we are scheduling several maintenance dates for implementation. Private Mail subscribers will receive notices per these late-at-night scheduled times.
MORE Content is coming your way. We are actively building content for our member as articles, events, and knowledge base. We encourage our users to visit often for the updated changes.
Upcoming
New Email Platform. We have been entertaining the idea of partnering with AtMail to offer email services that are structured as pay-for-what-you-need type of solution. Rather than paying a flat fee for an email services that you may not utilize completely, AtMail services will allow client domains to pay for only what they need. Scheduled for OCTOBER/NOVEMBER 2023.
