Discontinuation of Grandfathered Services
|
Effective December 31, 2024, MyITAssistant will be discontinuing Grandfathered services, which include Email Services and MMP Computer Protection Services, will no longer be available for renewal after this date. This decision has been driven by increased license costs and the need to phase out outdated technologies.

We have some exciting news to share along with the rebranding. Over the past year, I've joined forces with incredible partners to start a new company, 2Build AI LLC, and I've also authored a book called "The Saint Russ Initiative". I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been a source of inspiration throughout this journey. I plan to turn this book into a series aimed at helping everyday users understand and navigate technology and security without all the complexities.

We are discontinuing all subscription support services, including VIP support services. Starting 1/1/2025, we will still provide support to clients, however, we are not requiring any kind of subscription due to my limited availability.
