New Era For MyITAssistant
|
First, thank you all for the feedback received last year. We received an abundance of suggestions, requests, and comments:
|
- Online account management
- More manageable payments and transaction history
- Reduced credit card transaction fees
- Support too expensive
So we went to work and restructured MyITAssistant from the ground up, incorporating what we could. We rolled out a new website, support center, website hosting services, and member services with account management, subscriptions, and pricing on February 1st, 2023.

New members are already taking advantage of these changes, and you can too, if you choose.

Online Member Account? What does that mean?
|
|
Previously we manually managed member accounts, services, invoicing, and payment processing. Now our members can transition their accounts and services to our website.
|
|
|
Do I have to change my account?
|
|
No. Moving your account and services to our website is not necessary. Your current services, subscriptions, rates, and support services will continue as they have been, with one exception. Unfortunately, we can no longer process credit cards or payments by ZELLE—only by Check.
|
|
|
Will my rates change if I switch?
|
|
|
To your advantage, we hope so. Our service offerings have changed, so we encourage clients to schedule a private consultation to assess subscriptions.

- SETUP YOUR ACCOUNT
Go to tps://myitassistant.com/registration/ and complete the form. Two emails will then be sent to validate your account and to provide you a temporary password.
- SUBSCRIBING TO SERVICES
We will receive notification that your account is setup and ready. You will then be able to login and subscribe to services.
- CONNECTING SERVICES
If new services are subscribed to, we will connect your new subscriptions to your existing services. Once complete, we'll let you know. You can then manage through your online account.

Need help, assistance or consult? All members have access to my calendar! All communications from us included a calendar link. Its also in the Windows system tray and from when logged into our website. Scheduling with me has never been easier!

In the past we encouraged client communications by phone, email, text, chat, and teams. Unfortunately, we are unable to sustain this effort. We need to focus communications to ensure everyone is taken care of.
