MyITAssistant rolls out new security measures and requirements for PassPortal. All subscribers to PassPortal services are required to turn on 2FA using App Authentication by May 10, 2021.

Sharing PassPortal??
Sharing a single PassPortal account has always been our recommendation for couples. Doing so was simple to set up and use. With 2FA now required, we no longer recommend sharing accounts.

We recommend individual accounts, sharing the same information.

PassPortal Icon Changed
You may have noticed recently, in the last couple of weeks, that the PassPortal icon has changed. This change was out of the blue without warning. Our partner Solarwinds was bought out by N-Able, which made this change.

The icon now looks like a blue key.
