Managed Services, email security
Mail Assure
Quiet, layered protection for the channel attackers target most. Phishing and malicious attachments are filtered before delivery, your mail keeps flowing during an outage, and older correspondence stays safely archived.
Why it matters
Almost every serious incident starts with one convincing message.
The spam filter built into your mail service catches the obvious material. What it misses is the careful message, the one that borrows a supplier name, matches a real conversation, and asks for a small change to bank details.
Those messages are written to look ordinary, and they arrive on the days people are busiest. Expecting everyone to spot them every time is not a security plan.
Stronger filtering removes most of that pressure before it reaches an inbox. The rest is handled quietly by someone who watches what is being stopped and why.
What it covers
Serious email protection, managed for you.
The same layered defense larger organizations rely on, set up and maintained on your behalf so there is no console to learn and no daily list to review.
Phishing and impersonation caught early
Messages are inspected for spoofed senders, lookalike domains, and the urgent payment or password requests that fool busy people on a full day.
Layered filtering, not a single list
Reputation, message behavior, attachments, and links are all weighed together, so new threats are stopped before anyone is asked to make a judgement call.
Outbound protection for your reputation
Outgoing mail is checked too. If an account is ever compromised, the spam run is stopped before your domain lands on blocklists and your ordinary mail stops arriving.
Mail keeps moving during an outage
If Microsoft 365 or your mail host goes down, incoming messages are held safely and a simple web inbox lets you keep sending and receiving until service returns.
Secure long term archive
Messages can be kept in encrypted, tamper resistant storage and searched quickly when you need an old thread for a client, an insurer, or an auditor.
Someone senior watching the flow
We handle routing, authentication, sensitivity tuning, and anything wrongly held back. You are never asked to sift through a quarantine console.
What gets protected
Every address that carries your name.
Everyday mailboxes
Every person on the team, with extra care around owner and finance accounts, which are targeted far more often than the rest.
Shared and group addresses
Info, sales, billing, and support addresses, along with aliases and distribution groups that quietly receive a great deal of mail.
Outbound and system mail
The mail your business sends, including notifications from your website and applications, so your domain keeps a clean sending record.
How it is set up
A careful changeover nobody notices.
01
Review how mail flows today
We look at your current provider, domain records, and the kinds of junk and attempted scams actually reaching people.
02
Put the filter in front
Protection is placed ahead of your existing mailboxes and switched over carefully, with nothing lost and no change to how anyone works.
03
Tune and confirm continuity
Sensitivity is calibrated to your business, trusted senders are allowed through, and we confirm the outage inbox works before you ever need it.
04
Watch it quietly
We review what is being held, release anything legitimate, and adjust as the tactics aimed at small businesses keep changing.
What you receive
A calmer inbox and one less worry.
The point is not a longer list of blocked messages. It is that fewer risky decisions reach your team, and that email keeps working on the day something else does not.
- Far less junk and far fewer convincing scams
- Fake invoices and payment requests stopped before delivery
- Email that keeps working during a provider outage
- A protected sending reputation for your domain
- A searchable archive of past correspondence
- A predictable annual cost with no per incident billing
Works alongside
Stronger together.
Mail Assure pairs naturally with DNS Administration to keep your domain properly authenticated, Endpoint Protection for anything that slips through to a device, and Data Protection to keep an independent copy of your mail.
Filtering lowers the odds. The rest makes a bad day recoverable.
Cost
By quote.

FAQ
Common questions.
Does this replace Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
No. Your mailboxes, calendars, and files stay exactly where they are. This sits in front of them and inspects mail before it is delivered.
Will our team have to learn anything new?
No. People keep using Outlook, Apple Mail, or webmail exactly as they do today. The only visible difference is that far less junk arrives.
What happens when our mail provider has an outage?
Incoming messages are held safely rather than bounced, and a simple web inbox lets you keep reading and replying. Everything delivers into your normal mailbox once the service returns.
What if a legitimate message gets held back?
It is released and the sender is trusted from then on. We handle that for you rather than asking you to monitor a quarantine list.
How is this different from DNS Administration?
DNS Administration keeps your domain records and email authentication correct, which is about proving your mail is genuinely yours. This filters the mail arriving at your inboxes. They work well together.
How is this different from My Remote Mail?
My Remote Mail is where mail can be hosted. Mail Assure is the protection layer in front of a mailbox, whether that mailbox is with us, Microsoft, or Google.
Do we still need backup if messages are archived?
They serve different purposes. The archive preserves a searchable record of correspondence. Backup restores accounts and content after deletion or an incident, which is covered by Data Protection.
How is this priced?
It is an annual subscription quoted on protected mailboxes and domains. A Discovery Session gives us what we need to put one clear number in front of you.
