By using any of these services, you agree to these terms.

2. Who we serve

Our services are designed for:

  • Families
  • Households
  • Small businesses
  • Owner-led teams
  • Consultants, freelancers, and solopreneurs

We do not provide enterprise IT, MSP contracts, or large-scale corporate support.

3. What we provide

We offer calm, practical help with:

  • Everyday digital issues
  • Digital hygiene and safety
  • Light troubleshooting
  • AI assistants and copilots
  • Small automations
  • Senior-level IT guidance for small teams
  • Advisory sessions and workflow reviews

Each service has a clear scope. If something is outside that scope, we’ll tell you honestly.

4. What we do not provide

To keep things simple and safe, we do not offer:

  • 24/7 helpdesk support
  • Device monitoring or remote management
  • Network administration
  • Enterprise IT services
  • Emergency response
  • Legal, medical, or financial advice
  • High-risk automation or AI decision-making

We stay within the calm, practical support small teams actually need.

5. Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for:

  • Your accounts and passwords
  • Your devices and storage
  • Your privacy settings
  • Your legal and financial decisions
  • Granting and revoking access when needed
  • Following basic digital safety practices

We’ll guide you, but we won’t make decisions on your behalf.

6. Access & permissions

Some services require temporary access to your tools (email, calendars, cloud storage, automation platforms, AI tools).

We will always:

  • Ask before accessing anything
  • Use the least access necessary
  • Remove access when work is complete
  • Store credentials securely (or not at all)
  • Encourage shared vaults or password managers

You can revoke access at any time.

7. Payments & billing

Monthly services

Basic Support, Automation Care, Digital Safety, and Guided IT Care are billed monthly.

  • No long-term contracts
  • No penalties for cancellation
  • No surprise fees
  • You can cancel anytime

Fixed-price services

AI Roadmap, Automation Starter, Automation Copilots, and certain copilot builds are billed once at the agreed price.

Fixed-price services are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated.

8. Scheduling & communication

We communicate in plain language and keep support calm and predictable.

  • Normal business hours
  • Reasonable response times
  • Clear updates when something needs attention
  • No ticket queues or automated replies

If something urgent comes up, we’ll do our best — but we do not offer emergency or 24/7 support.

9. AI usage

We use AI to help you work more smoothly, not to replace your judgment.

We do not use AI to:

  • Make legal, medical, or financial decisions
  • Access sensitive accounts
  • Override your instructions
  • Store your data in unsafe places

We prefer tools that do not train on your data.

10. Privacy & data handling

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

In short

  • Your data stays yours
  • We only access what’s needed
  • We do not sell or share your information
  • You can request deletion anytime

See our full Privacy Policy for details.

11. Service changes

We may update services, pricing, or features over time. When we do:

  • We’ll communicate changes clearly
  • We’ll update our website
  • We’ll keep things simple and easy to understand

If a change affects your current plan, we’ll let you know before it takes effect.

12. Termination

You can cancel any monthly service at any time.

We may pause or end a service if:

  • You request unsafe or out-of-scope work
  • Access is revoked in a way that prevents delivery
  • Payment is not received
  • There is misuse or abuse of the service

We’ll always communicate clearly before taking action.

13. Liability

We aim to provide calm, reliable support, but we cannot guarantee:

  • Perfect uptime
  • Error-free tools
  • Third-party platform reliability
  • Protection from all digital risks

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Security breaches caused by third-party tools
  • Decisions you make based on our guidance
  • Issues outside the scope of our services

We’ll always help you understand risks and make sensible choices.
