- Your privacy settings
- Your legal and financial decisions
- Granting and revoking access when needed

We’ll guide you, but we won’t make decisions on your behalf.

8. Scheduling & communication
We communicate in plain language and keep support calm and predictable.
- Normal business hours
- Reasonable response times
- Clear updates when something needs attention
- No ticket queues or automated replies
If something urgent comes up, we’ll do our best — but we do not offer emergency or 24/7 support.
9. AI usage
We use AI to help you work more smoothly, not to replace your judgment.
We do not use AI to:
- Make legal, medical, or financial decisions
- Access sensitive accounts
- Override your instructions
- Store your data in unsafe places
We prefer tools that do not train on your data.
10. Privacy & data handling

In short
- Your data stays yours
- We only access what’s needed
- We do not sell or share your information
- You can request deletion anytime
